Daytona Beach Real Estate

The city of Daytona Beach is located on the eastern coast of central Florida, about 55 miles northeast of Orlando, 90 miles south of Jacksonville, and 90 miles north of Melbourne. The closest airport to Daytona Beach is Daytona Beach International Airport. The city is intersected by I-95 a major north/south thoroughfare for the nation and is the termination point of I-4, which runs northeast/southwest in the state and connects Daytona Beach to Orlando and Tampa.

Debary Real Estate

DeBary is a beautiful city in the Volusia County area of Central Florida. Located north of Orlando, Debary can be reached via Orlando International Airport by air. Residents use I-4 and U.S. Highway 17-92 by car to get to nearby towns such as Deltona, Orange City, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, and Orlando.

Deland Real Estate

DeLand residents enjoy living in a “small town” close to nature, but with the added benefits of proximity to big city life. Orlando and the Magic Kingdom are 45 minutes south of DeLand and Daytona Beach is 20 minutes east. The City of DeLand operates the DeLand Municipal Airport, however, more affordable and convenient flights can be found at Orlando International Airport. Main roads in DeLand include U.S. Route 92 and U.S. Route 17 and neighboring cities include Orange City, DeLeon Springs and Deltona.

Deltona Real Estate

Deltona is Volusia County’s largest city and is located on the west side of the county. Daytona Beach and Orlando are 30 minutes away to the north and the south. Interstate-4 is the major highway which connects the three cities. Orlando International Airport and Daytona Beach International Airport provide Deltona homeowners with excellent travel options. Cities near Deltona include Orange City and DeBary.


New Smyrna Beach Real Estate

New Smyrna Beach is a beautiful, picturesque city that is nestled along the shores of Indian River in Volusia County. This coastal city is completely surrounded by bodies of water; the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the Intracoastal Waterway to the west and Mosquito Lagoon in between the two. New Smyrna Beach is located on Florida's east coast, in Central Florida, just 25 minutes from Daytona Beach. Two bridges on the northern end and the I-95 provide access to the island. Daytona Beach International Airport is 25 minutes away, while Orlando International Airport is about an hour from New Smyrna Beach.

Orange City Real Estate

Orange City is located in Volusia County, right between Interstate 4, U.S. Highway 17-92, Saxon Boulevard, and State Road 472. Orange City is comprised of about seven square miles. Surrounding cities include Deltona, DeLand and De Bary, all of which are less than 15 minutes away. Orlando is about 40 minutes away, while Daytona Beach is a scenic 30-minute drive down the coast. Orlando Sanford International Airport is 15 minutes and Daytona Beach International Airport is 25 minutes.
